The "Gravity Anchor" Protocol
At Level 1, the system focuses on "Forced Descent." Every hit from an AA-designated weapon like a Gatling (10-hit drop) forces the target to lose flight altitude, regardless of stagger. Level 2 doubles the accumulation pressure, allowing AA Missiles or MPC volleys to drop flying units instantly.
