A high-tier combat skill that overrides the standard resolution of melee weapon clashes. It forces the opponent into a stagger state even during a neutral clash, stripping away their window for immediate retaliation.

The "Stagger Lock" Mechanism
The defining terror of this skill is the overwriting of the input window. Even if an opponent's thrusters recover through Power Accelerator, sc-029 forces a stagger reaction at the exact frame the "Boost Cancel" would be accepted. The target remains frozen despite a full gauge.
