For machines reliant on mobility, this effect functions as a digital shackle. Any attempt to flee via boost will only accelerate the target toward an inevitable stall, all while the persistent damage prevents the OS from resetting its stagger accumulation.
Operational Counter-Logic
This protocol bypasses the standard relief offered by Emergency Evasion. The only reliable methods for neutralization are full immersion in Water or the deployment of a Freezy Yard field. Without these, the target is forced to endure a state of perpetual vulnerability until the timer expires—or the machine collapses.
