This system provides a 2.0s tactical window. By ignoring the first staggering hit (excluding heavy knockdown and tackles), it breaks the typical stun-lock cycle from support fire or funnel swarms. It forces the enemy to commit to risky melee maneuvers or waste their optimal firing window against your neutralized armor.
