Machine Concept
A high-risk, high-reward Aerial Support unit. By dominating the sky, it gains an unobstructed line of sight for Observational Data Link. While its base thruster capacity is low (40), it utilizes the Over Boost system to maintain altitude during critical bombardment windows.
Tactical Focus: Vertical Suppression. Uses Damage Control LV1 to resist being grounded while raining down fire from the Giant Bazooka and Leg Rocket Cannons. The 10-second Over Boost is its "final gambit" for positioning or escape.

Failure to land within 10s results in a 20% HP loss, destroyed legs, and a massive recovery penalty—reflecting the H-4's historically unstable engine.
